Family Centered Early Support

Family Centered Early Supports & Services (FCESS), often referred to as "Birth to 3," is a vital New Hampshire program dedicated to the early development of children. Delivered directly in the child's home or familiar settings, the program offers specialized coaching to help parents and caregivers support their child's growth. Their mission is to empower families by providing high-quality, accessible early intervention services during the critical first years of life.

Serving residents across Southern NH through local Area Agencies, FCESS is available at no out-of-pocket cost to families and does not require a referral from a primary care provider. Their multidisciplinary team provides support for physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development. By identifying and addressing developmental challenges early, the program helps build a stronger foundation for the child's future academic and social success in the Granite State.
