By accessing or using SNHLocal.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

SNHLocal.com is owned and operated by Mark B Marquis ("we," "us," or "our"), a New Hampshire resident and business owner.

SNHLocal is a free online business Guide featuring local businesses in Southern New Hampshire. The Site provides:

• Business listings with descriptions, contact information, and categories
• Search and browse functionality for consumers
• The ability for business owners to claim and manage their listings
• Blog content related to local business and community topics

The Service is provided free of charge to both consumers and business owners.

You must be at least 18 years old to claim a business listing or submit information through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Business listings on SNHLocal may include information gathered from publicly available sources, including but not limited to business websites, social media profiles, government registrations, and other public directories. We may use artificial intelligence tools to create or enhance business descriptions.

If you are the owner or authorized representative of a business listed on SNHLocal, you may claim your listing by contacting us through the process outlined on the Site. By claiming a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or an authorized representative of the business
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the authority to act on behalf of the business

While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any business listing. Business owners are responsible for reviewing and updating their listing information.

Business owners may request removal of their listing by contacting us at the email address provided below. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Claim a business listing you are not authorized to manage
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site through automated means without our express written permission
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications to businesses listed on the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Site and its original content (excluding user-provided and publicly sourced business information), features, and functionality are owned by Mark B Marquis and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Business names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Display of such marks on SNHLocal does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including business websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMERCE FORGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mark B Marquis regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
